We’re excited to help you get started! Here’s what you can expect when our team arrives for your organizing session with Professional Organizers Baton Rouge.

Most sessions begin between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on your location in the Baton Rouge area. We’ll send you a reminder beforehand so you know exactly when to expect us.

You’re welcome to be home during the entire session or step out while we work, whichever is most convenient for you. If your project includes decluttering and making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard, we do ask that you’re available for that portion of the process.

Our team will work efficiently to declutter, organize, unpack, or pack your space based on the plan we discussed during your consultation. Whether we’re organizing a closet, kitchen, garage, home office, or your entire home, our goal is to create systems that are practical, functional, and easy to maintain.

Most organizing sessions last around 5 or 5½ hours, although the exact length depends on the size and scope of your project. Throughout the day, we’ll keep you updated on our progress and check in if any decisions need to be made.

If organizing products are needed, we’ll discuss recommendations with you. Our goal is always to use solutions that fit your space, your lifestyle, and your budget.

At the end of the session, we’ll walk through the completed space together (if you’re available), answer any questions, and make any final adjustments needed. Before we leave, we’ll also remove empty boxes, packing materials, and donation items that were included in your project so you can immediately enjoy your newly organized space.
