By purchasing or scheduling services with Professional Organizers Baton Rouge (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment & Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to withhold service if payment is not received in advance.
2. Scheduling & Rescheduling
We are flexible with rescheduling. To reschedule a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates.
3. Expiration of Services
All sessions and projects purchased must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.
4. Organizing Products
Organizing products are an optional, additional cost and will be charged once the project is completed.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care with your belongings, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any damage or loss of personal property during or after our services. Clients are responsible for identifying and setting aside any items of sentimental or high monetary value.
